Payments and Returns
For Full Year and 30-Week Plans: Payment for full Internet subscription and shippable resources is due 15 days from the invoice date.

Refunds
Web Licenses may be refunded within 30 days of purchase date. Cancellations 30 days or more after purchase will not be refunded. The $50 set-up fee and shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Returns
Returns on unopened shippable resources* may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please call 888.811.9934 for pre-approval of returns.
